Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

All CNB products are covered by a limited 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

• Stitching and construction defects.
• Zipper failure under normal use.
• Abnormal foam deformation caused by manufacturing defects.
• Defective materials or workmanship.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by chewing, scratching, biting, digging, or other pet-related behavior.
• Accidental damage.
• Misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or improper storage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Fabric fading due to prolonged sun exposure.
• Minor variations in color, texture, or size.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Email info@caninenoble.com.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Share photographs or videos showing the issue.
4. Our team will review the claim within 5 business days.

If approved, CNB may repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.
