Returns

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Return

The product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and tags.

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, chewing, scratching, or improper handling by pets.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Policy
